Consultation & Concept
At the beginning of a project, we will meet with you on-site and listen. We’ll listen to your thoughts and Ideas to establish what you need from the project. We also listen to the site and surroundings to ensure any proposal makes a positive contribution. From here, we will create stunning concept designs that can be explored in our 3D software.
The Planning Process
We will develop your scheme in line with the national planning policy framework and specific local guidance from the word go, meaning that when we seek approval for your project, you can rest assured the process will run smoothly.
Technical Drawings, Manufacture, and Handover
Once we reach this stage, we’ll create a full set of building control compliant, technical drawings. We can then liaise with contractors and have your project built. We visit the site regularly in this stage to ensure everything stays on track and that building control compliance is met. When our work is done, we’ll do a full handover, and we’ll remain available for support throughout the lifetime of the building.
