Architecture is an embodiment of mixed arts and sciences. As a designer, you must consider concepts that stem from the many corners of academia such as the science of acoustics or the dynamics of families. Designs can be impacted inside and out by cultural differences or the changing of fashion. All of this must be considered without compromising on the physics of constructing a building that will stand for generations.

 

I feel my work as an architectural designer cannot be seperate from my external projects or my experience of life. The things that inspire me, and the smaller projects I'm involved with inevitably feed into my architectural work just as many themes and concepts from academic subjects feed into architecture.
